who we are

My name is Spencer Mankin, owner of Safe and Clear, and I have been installing pool safety fences and covers since 2014. I started installing glass part time while I was in college and after graduation, I moved to the Austin area and spent the next few years traveling across the state and country installing pool fences and covers. With a background in manufacturing and construction, I began working with partners in the industry to develop and improve the installation processes. Today, we continue to collaborate with each other to improve these processes and the products we use so that we can offer our customers a superior finished product, improved efficiency, and increased value for their money. We offer many types of pool safety fence, but our specialty is frameless glass pool fences and glass balcony railings.
